CYD-6100 working principle:
Dispersing toughening agent CYD-6100 has excellent toughening effect and can significantly improve the melt flow properties of PP. It is a characteristic brought by its special dendritic structure. The flexible long chain segments in the dendritic structure play a connection and buffer function between the molecular chains, so that the system can absorb energy and buffer the impact energy when it is impacted, and reduce the development of silver streaks into cracks due to stress. Opportunity, thereby increasing the impact strength of the system; and a large number of flexible long chain segments on the surface of the dendritic structure are in a three-dimensionally stretched state. In the system, it is easier to form a three-dimensional network structure through the interaction of molecular chains, further buffering external forces on the system. Impact force to further enhance the toughening effect. In addition, compared with traditional linear tougheners, dendritic dispersion tougheners have a spherical spherical structure, have a smaller hydrodynamic radius, and exhibit significant lubricity and low melt viscosity characteristics. While improving the impact strength of the material, It can greatly improve the melt fluidity of PP and other polyolefin materials, and has better dispersion properties for fillers, thereby further increasing the filling amount and improving the reinforcing effect of fillers on the material.
